Ross started with Silvicon Services in 2014, working part-time while attending school. In 2016, Ross became a Silviculture Accredited Surveyor (SAS), and in 2019, graduated from TRU with a Bachelor of Natural Resource Science. Currently, Ross is a full-time SAS for Silvicon and is working on his professional designation. His expertise is in silviculture, with years of experience in planting, quality surveys, forest health surveys, aerial fertilization, post-fire assessments, multi-layer free-growing surveys, and regeneration surveys. He also has experience in supervisory roles for client planting programs and implementation of site preparation.
