Jon has been with Silvicon since 2012 and has been in an ownership role since 2018. With a Bachelor of Science in Forest Operations and a Minor in Commerce, he leads the timber development program at Silvicon. Jon specializes in all aspects of multi-phase timber development planning for various clients across the province of British Columbia.

His role includes working with several First Nations communities to create opportunities to assess the value of their lands through integrated resource management. He continuously looks for ways to expand Silvicon’s business ventures into new markets while reinvigorating and revamping existing markets. Jon operates in the forestry consulting industry through avenues such as; working with First Nations, industry, government, and community stakeholders.

Jon’s most important priority in all his business dealings is to ensure that Silvicon’s clients are satisfied with their product while ensuring that Silvicon’s employees find work meaningful and fulfilling.
